Yesterdays goal update

 Goal for January

  • swedish death clean the kitchen

Goal for the week
  •  find a baseline goal for situps, pushups, and squats

Goal for tomorrow

  • workout and meditate
  • survive co-op
  • read in my book
  • complete cleaning chores on my me+ app 

 

Baseline-  rises 15 parallel and rotated/squats 20/situps and push ups 40

Goal 100 squats/push ups/sit ups  50 calf raises each parallel and rotated

Co-op went well yesterday, everyone enjoyed their classes. I of course managed to fuck up in my first cooking class. I was so dang careful and prepacked everything on Tuesday and forgot to pack the olive oil and the garlic rolled out of my bag and onto the kitchen shelf. We were able to find substitutes in the churches cabinets. I do think for the most part the kids enjoyed the cooking with minimum complaints and liked the food. 

I survived without taking an Ativan so that feels like a win for me and I feel like maybe its a clue that my medicine is working.
